CANTON TUNA
CANTON TUNA Ingredients: 1 tin corned beef mustard beaten egg horse-radish bread crumbs butter Remove the beef from the tin & slice it into six thick pieces. Mix the mustard & horse-radish in equal parts, spread the slices with it, then dip them into the beaten egg(to w/c you've added 2 tbsp water). And in the bread crumbs, then fry them in butter until they are light brown. This is good with mashed potatoes...
