Summer would be over
Fun in the sun has gone.
Its time to keep those beach stuff
It's time for an indoor laugh.

Who would love a rainy day?
A lovely, gentle rainy day i like.
To stay at home, to be quiet
Call an old friend you havent seen
for a while.

It's the start of the rainy day season
Cloudy skies will be here once more.
But these rain washes tears and sadness
away,
Take us back to the place we belong when
we gone astray.

To walk in the rain with the one i love,
or to see him in the midst of the rain
while i look from above.
Rainy days will stay from this day.
It's time for sky and clouds to turn grey.
