Crispy Adobo Flakes


INGREDIENTS:

4 pcs Large Potatoes (Washed, Cut into ¼ inch disks, Boiled half Cooked)

5 pcs Large Salad Tomatoes (Cut into ¼ inch disks)

¼ cup Fresh Basil (Chopped)

4 Tbsp Garlic (Minced)

2 Cups Parmesan Cheese

2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese

1 Cup Tomato Sauce

6g Aji-Shio Pepper Plus



PROCEDURE:

1. Line the round pan w/ tomato & potatoes disks alternating.

2. Sprinkle some fresh basil, garlic and Aji-Shio Pepper Plus.

3. Top with the two cheeses then the tomato sauce.

4. Bake in a 400 ° F oven for about 20 mins.

5. 9 inch round pirex if possible.
