Changing Eye Color
Title: Changing Eye Color Tutorial
Description: Ever wonder how to change your own eye color, this tutorial will answer all your questions! You'll be learning this tutorial on your own in a minute!
Difficulty: Very Easy!
Required Programs: Adobe Photoshop 7 or Higher

Instructions:

** Get a picture, something where the eyes stick out a bit more. I will be using this picture of Leah Dizon (Import Model). It is perfect for this tutorial because we can see her eyes very clear. Make sure that the picture you are using is a layer, not the background. Here's what you need to do to obtain that layer.

1. Open the desired image. Notice that the layer" is named as background. We need to change that in order for this tutorial to work. What we need to do is double - click the image icon in the layer palette and press [/b]OK[/b]. This will change the "background" title to "Layer 0". Now we're good to go.

** It's very important to consider that for every color you choose to change, we also need to change the type of Blending (Dissolve, Normal, Color, Luminosity, etc.) to make the color lighter. Because the more qualitative the picture is, the better effects we will have. It,s desirable that the eyes should be light-colored. For example, if they are brown then we,ll use the Dodge tool and make them lighter.

2. Now, create a new layer above the image layer. Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard to create a new layer and press OK.

3. From the tools panel, click the brush icon and set the approximate dimensions as the eyes (hardness 10%, master diameter 13px). Choose the color and it,s code 00baff. On mouse click, we,ll put the circles on the eyes. Now, I know in this image, her eyes are pretty small, so the best thing to do is make it on 300% for better view of the eye.

4. Now on the same layer, choose the color on the layer palette where it says "normal". The eyes become lighter.

** But the color reflection is not enough on the face next to the eyes. We,ll create a new background on which we,ll make one click on each eye, using the brush like in the picture and an opacity of 20%. Set the color the same as the previous layer.

5. Create a New Layer (Ctrl + Shift + N) on top of the layer, do the same thing as the last layer, where you put those two blue circles in the eyes.

6. Now, change the opacity to 20% in order to make it lighter and looks like it reflects. Now if you think that there are some excess color on the outside of the eye, just use the eraser tool to erase them.
Here's what your layer palette should look like:

We are finally done! Very Quick, right?!
Here's the final result! Enjoy!
And don't forget to comment on what you think about this tutorial!
