hi  :cool:puede ba me mag-aral sa pinas ng driving then after that when i get license transfer ko for international licencse? mahal kc d2 xa japan

i think you could do that..
yung mga kamag-anak namin na papunta d2 sa canada, pinakukuha muna namin ng license sa pinas para di na nila kailangan maghintay d2..
sandalian lng makuha intermediate license basta mapasa agad ang exam then road test..
pag wala ka kc international license maghihintay ka ng 9 months bago mag-road test..

pagawa ka na lng ng license pag uwi mo..

here in spain, its not permitted...

i mean they dont consider even an international driving license..

in here, a person must take the class and the exam after that would be the manual test, and when approved, only then you could drive w/ no fear of being stopped and fined by the guardia civils..

and you dont need to be fluent in spanish, coz they offer english classes..

and whoa! its very expensive..

Different countries have different laws with regards to drivers licenses ( local and international licenses) Japan maybe lenient when it comes to using an international drivers license by foreigners living in their country.

Here in USA....the law is entirely different
International drivers license is for TEMPORARY use only if you are a visiting a country as a businessman or as a tourist 

example: If you come to California USA as a permanent resident alien AND you live and work in California, you MUST have a regular California  state drivers license to drive.

Your country,s driver license is NOT VALID in USA if you become a resident of California State . You need to get a California Drivers license to drive.  :smyl:

AND you can not use the International drivers license if you live,work & drive in California.  :head:

that's right!
kaya nga pag mag-permanent residence na mga tao d2 they usually take the written exam as soon as they're ready because they dont want to wait 9 months before they can drive by themselves..
but there are still a lots of them breaking the rules..
just becoz they have international license..
