wyl heading to d canteen,mike walked wit cielo..

cielo: pare balita coh,nagkakamabutihan kau ni shiennon ha! so wat's d score?

cielo: anu ka ba pare?! parang d ka lalake! have u kissed na ba? sumthing lyk dat!
mike: we're just straight friends pare. no mor no less..wala akong intention na kung anu pa man!

mike: opzz! tama na yan..lika ka na shine (hold her hand and drag her towards the canteen)

at the canteen..the 3 of them were quiet wyl eating!

mai:hoy! anu ba kaung 2! magsalita naman kau dyan! baka lamunin kau ng burger na kinakain nio!
shine: mike, may i wanna check out the new..
mike: may pratice acoh ng soccer eh! pinepressure na acoh ni coach kase acoh na ung bagong team captain..

mike: i'll be very busy dis week..malapit na ang sports festival!

mike: i better go ahead,kailngan coh pa makipag meet kay mr. enriquez ( social study teacher) for a project approval!

days past and mike was avoiding shiennon..nagtataka sia bakit bglang ganun na lang ang pakikitungo ni mike sa knya.. so she decided to wait for mike on his locker after his practice (after class)..finally,d practice ended. but mike needs to talk to his coach stil.
after the talk wit his coach,he went to his locker..and saw her standing there..so he continued walking towards his locker..

shine: mike,galit ka ba? kase i noticed ur kinda avoiding me dis past few days eh..
mike: hind,dba i told you im busy sa soccer team..
shine: d ka naman gnyan dati eh,u always find tym to bond wit me..kaso..
mike: shine,hindi naman kailngan na sa lahat ng oras andyan acoh sa tabi mo..( it's jus d 2 of dem sa hall wer d lockers r)
shine:(napayuko) ur ryt,pero sana kung may problema ka..im ur friend ryt..anung purpose coh? we tell each other'S secret pro bigla ka nag iba..
mike: hindi lahat ng bagay kailngan mo malamn..

hindi na sia pinigilan ni mike..napayuko na lang sia and after a wyl he packed all his things and went hom..

after a few weeks,hindi na rin nangulit si shine..but wen she heard the news na sobrang nabulabog ang damdamin nia..

mai: alam mo ba shine..nililigawan ni mike si lucille na classmate mo. gulat nga almost lahat ng junior level eh..kase they all thought kau na..

but she cant stop thinking bout it..sunddenly her fone beeped..
she hurriedly read the message..

" im on the park near ur house..can i talk to you for a couple of minutes??"

"a message from mike? so wat is he up to now?" she thought..then hurriedly changed and went outside.
there she saw mike sitting on the swing..
"im nervous,y do i feel dis way everytime he'S near?! *took a deep breath and walked towards him*
she sat next to the swing he was sitting..

mike:im glad u came.
shine: hassle nga eh..i nid to change..dont u know im already on my sleeping clothes..

as she read the message..her heart beated so fast..den she thought..
" love u??!! bakit ganito? ganito ba feeling ng kinikilig? y did he told me he loves me? totoo ba toh? ang gulo!"

the next day,nagkasalubong ang 2 sa hall..but mike just passed by her.
"huh?! after he hugged me,said he missed me,and texted me love u last nyt..dinaanan nia lang acoh?!"
she looked back for a sec and continued walking.

cielo: hey shine..wait up! (approaching her)
shine: so wats up!
cielo: oh nothing! jus wana ask if i cud seat next to u at lunch..
shine: huh?! uMMmm..sure y not. ( naisip nia ung sinabi ni mike last nyt.."cielo likes me.." so wat..he even just passed by me kanina..)

the bell rung!
lunch tym came..

shine: mai,sabay daw si cielo sa ating ngaun.
mai: kala coh ba asar ka dun?!
shine: (shud i tell her wat happened last nyt..hayzz) well,nag yaya sia..there'S nothing wrong wit it naman i think..

shine walked out..nagkatingina ang 3..mike wud go after her sana pero,cielo pulled him

sinundan na lang sa tingin ni mike si cielo..then na payuko na lang sia..

mike: huh?! alam mo,sabay na nga lang tau mag lunch! gutom lang yan!

while cielo and shiennon...

cielo: shiennon..teka! bilis mo maglakad!
shine: bakit ka sumunod? kala coh ba gutom ka na..sana kumain ka muna..
ceilo: u think makakain acoh ng wala ka dun..eh sau nga acoh nakikisabay eh..anu ba nangyari?
shine: huh?! wala naman.. naasar lang acoh kay mike!
cielo: wag mo na lang pansini un..ganun lang talaga un! medyo mapang asar!
shine: uu nga eh! d ka pa gutom..kain ka kaya muna..
cielo: sabay nga tau eh..
shine: nawalan na acoh ng gana eh..
cielo: ganun ba..nawalan na rin aq ng gana! kung ayaw mo kumain,d na acoh kakain..mag pagutom tau! hehehe!

cielo: totoo namang gagwin coh un eh..hehehe!

they went back in the canteen and ate thier lunch..after that..they headed their own way back to their rums..
malayo pa lang nakita nia si mike na nakatayo sa pinto ng rum nila..
" is he waiting for me..hay bakit kaya?!"
lumapit kay mike..and said..

mike: here comes the terror!
shine: anung ginagawa mo d2 sa harap ng rum! pwed ka naman tumapat sa rum nio ha! alam mo mike, tigilan mo na acoh ha! forget d friendship! wala ka palang kwentang kaibigan! tska..
lucille: mike,is she bothering you..
mike: nop,i just asked her sumthing..
lucille: ok..so shiennon u can go now.. we need to be alone ni mike..my paguusapan kami!
shiennon walked away wit a tear on her eye..she lost a friend and a love she never had..

alone in her room..she cried..
"bakit ganun! bakit ganun sia? anung klaseng lalake ba sia? unlike dati,he'S so generous..sweet..and suddenly..he turned out like dis! parepareho talaga mga lalake!"

while on the other hand..
" mali ata ung mga pinakita q sa knya. hindi q alam san aq mag uumpisa. cielo,a gud friend of my liked her..and i like her too..pero kaibigan coh si cielo..maybe cielo is better off than me anyway! pero ganun na lang ba un..pinagbahala coh sia ng d nia alam ang nararamdman coh..at nararamdaman nia..
nasaktan coh ata sia masyado para ibalik pa ang dati..and i guess..hanggang kaibigan na lang talaga kami.." mike thought

many months had passed yet tahimik lang sila sa nararamdaman nila..until one day..

mai: oi mike! narinig mo na ba ang latest?
mike: nag resign na ba si miss terror? hahahaha!
mai: anu ka ba! 48 years un bago mag resign noh! guess wat!
mike: anu!?
mai: shine got her first boy friend! sila na kaya ni cielo! heheheh! after 10 years,nag ka boyfriend din ung bruhang uN! hahaha! hey mike!

then mike grab her and kissed her straight on the lips! it was the very first kiss shine had get..it was so passionate..she was madly inlove..so sweet..so sexy..

after that rejection..5 years had past.. both of them passed the senior'S exam and graduated senior high.
mike graduated bussiness management and handle thir family company, cielo on d other hand, is a hotel manager and cielo was a nurse..cuz thats wat she really likes since she was a child..
mike's father eventually was hospitalized due to comma..he was brought to the same hospital were shiennon worked..apparently, the 2 days they havent met.

head nurse: miss shine,wud u pls check the bp of mr. delgado,rum 212 .
shine: yes ma'am! ( but she felt this sudden shiver..and her heart beat so fast na d nia maintindihan kung bakit)
she hurriedly went into the rum,wyl checking the blood pressure of mr. delgado..

mike: tell my secretary to cancel all my meetings. i have to spend my whole tym wit my father.
shine: ( "i know that voice..parang.." then she looked back.. it was mike nga..on his blue inner polo and black tuxedo..wit his neck tie neatly ribboned..his hair brushed on the side neatly..and his eyes.. fits in his round eye glasses ) g-g-gud morning mr. mike delgado.
