lying on her bed she thought. then searched for her fone under her pillow.
2 messages and 5 missed calls. then looked at the missed call. 1 unknown and and all for from mike.
"mike?! anu naman kaya kailngan ng kupal na toh! ay naku! mangungulit na naman. baka natotorpe tpos sa akin pa hihingi ng romantics lines! anu kaya un! baka acoh pa sagutin ng babae! hmp! babae acoh noh tska bakit sa akin sia magatatanong! eh acoh nga nililigawan eh!"
the messages..from mike and mai.
" tulog ka na ba?! hehehe! kase d mo sagot twag coh eh! d acoh maka tulog! im so xcited bukas! kukulitin sana kit..so,who'S ur date 2m?"~mike
" anu kaya uN!eh bakit d ung babae nia kulitin nia at sabihan na oi xcited acoh makasama ka! hmP! nang asar pa!" she thought!

"oi!punta tau bukas ng val party! d ka pwed umayaw kase nagbayad acoh noH! ang mahal kaya! love yah gurl!"~ mai
"whoa!! val party?! anu naman kayang trip ng babaeng ito!"
she fixed her hair and went down stair. there was a box on the sala table.
shine: ma!! kaninong tong box? dont tell me may nangliligaw sau at niregaluhan ka! hahaha!
mama: may card kaya dyan! bakit d mo basahin!
shine: uu nga noh! sorry tao lanG!

" ito na damit mo for party mamaya. kailangan yan suot mo ha! and sundo kita."~mai
"ha?! ang lakas ng trip ng babaeng toh!"
she opened the box and saw a very elegant,shiny,body fit black dress. it was about 2 and a half inches above her knee. a spagety strap of beads.and tucked in it is a platinum necklace with a circle pendant made of diamonds. she looked at the gifts very carefully.
she hurriedly grab the fone and call mai.

shine:hoy loka loka! anung trip mo!
mai: anu ba?! ikaw na nga binigyan ng regalo tpos ikaw pa umaangal!
shine: sobra ka pa kay cielo mag regalo eh!
mai: ah basta! see u na lang mamaya! 6 pm sharp! kailngan ready ka na! antok pa acoh eh! *yawn* bye bye!
shine: ganun! teka..
then suddenly mai cut the conversation.
she looked again at the dress and necklace. then broght them all in her rum. looked at the clocked. its 12 nun.
"hay, ginutom acoh dun! anung party kaya ung pupuntahan namin"
it was 4.30 pm and she started taking a bath..it took her 30 minutes.
5..after the long bath she checked on her fone.
"abaH! walang message si makulit! cguro tulog pa." she thought..
then she put on her best make up..
then wore the elegant dress..it was so smooth..so soft on her skin..
it was 6 and she'S almost finish..she wore her tie-around black sandal..which were about 2 inches tall
then she sprayed to herself her escada island kiss which is her favorite perfume.

mama: shiennon,and2 na si shine..
shine:teka..teka lang! (then she hurriedly wore the necklace and went downstair..)
mai: ikaw ba yan bhessy?! ang ganda mo ata ngaun..babaeng babae ka na!
shine: tigilan mo coh ha! ma,alis na kami! *kissed her mum*
mama: ingat kau..
then they went into the car.
shine: san mo coh dadalhin?
mai: basta! pag sinabi coh sau d hindi na surprise.
shine: ganun?! hay naku!
"kamusta kaya ung date ni mike. about this tym,papunta na rin sila sa dinner date meeting nila..hayzz"
then her phone rung..unknown number.

shine: yes?
cielo: baby happy valentines!
shine: baby?! happy valentines din. so hows hongkong?
cielo: ito,so cold..i hop i can be with you.i miss u! san ka ngaun?
shine:miss u too baby!a..a..and2 acoh ngaun kina mai..we decided to just watch a movie..kase wala ka naman d2.
cielo: oh i see..im really sorry baby kase its bcuz of my work.
shine: its ok baby..jus take keyr of urself ok!
cielo: ok baby! i love u! have a nyc tym!
shine: love you too!
then..it was cut.
mai: we decided to watch a movie na lang kase wala ka naman d2 eh..sapok?!
shine: anu ka ba?! alangan naman sabihin coh na kase may pupuntahan kaming party! d kung anu naman inisip nun!
finally they arrived at the place.
its so unusual..
mai:go first bhessy. cr lang acoh.

wen she came into this very elegant restaurant a waiter came at her..

shine: yes..
waiter: sam1's waiting for you at the reserved table by the pool..come this way please.

"for me daw?! am i dreaming?! sinu kaya naman ung nag aantay sa akin?! baka si mai" she thought wyl walking.
then she saw a man,standing by the beside the table. he was tall..weraing an all black tuxedo suit..and his necklace was shining from afar..the hair was perfectly done..she tried to know who the man was but the waiter didnt answered..the face was dark to see who it was..then..
shine: mike?! a-aanung ginawaga mo d2?! what'S all this?!
mike: happy valentines shine.*kissed her at the chicks*u look ver wonderful tonight.*then offered her the seat* by the way..may kadate ni rin si mai. she went her way na.
shine:*sit* wats all this?!sinet up nio acoh?! and kala coh ba..
mike: yea..i know..the gurl i was talking about is you..
shine: but..but..
mike: no buts. since we were in junior high..i liked you so much. then the day wen u said you like me..well,im sorry to say those words. i liked u a lot too..kaso iwas thinking of cielo about that tym..and akala ko masaya ka na sa knya..i didnt know wat to say and how to react after u said u like me..
shine: pero ngaun,kami pa rin ni cielo. and we've been together for 4 years..
mike: i wont let you go anymore shine..nung nagkita tau sa hospital,i cant seem to get you out of my head..sounds baduy pero its true..
shine: mike..
mike:i jus wanna share my whole nyt of harts day with you..please..
shine: a..a...im speechless..

then,the rented band played the unplugged version of i'LL be..

then they dance their whole nyt off..
" those mysterious deep looking eyes..his smile which perfectly fits him..i think im really falling again for this man"
" shine,i really like you..the way you wore ur dress..the way you handle urself..the smell of your perfume on you..i love you mor..i'LL never let you go"
then shine laid her head on mikeS chest..

it was a nyt full of love..untold secrets have been revealed..unsaid words flowed out..
after the dinner date..hinatid ni mike si shine..
as usual..in the car..infront of shineS house..
shine: i did had such a perfect nyt..tnx mike..
mike: thanks din..u gave me a chance to celebrate this nyt wit you..
