Is migrating the best solution to Pinoy money problems?

Migration has been the oft cited solution by many Pinoys to their financial problems. Because of the situation of the Philippine economy, many Filipinos petition for US immigration. Many Pinoys want to go to the US to pursue their education there. Many Filipinos believe that studying abroad is a step to get the life that they'd been dreaming of. Many young Pinoys are making their way to universities in the US by writing a notable sample admission essay. But because of the current recession around the world, is migration the answer to the money problems of Filipinos?
