Why hasn't government-sponsored gambling paid off?
Government-sponsored gambling is supposed to be paying off. The problem is corruption. PAGCOR is earning, whether it’s online casinos or live ones. Another issue is the protests against legalized gambling. The church cites moral erosion and possible gambling addiction. But then, why are the results of legalized gambling not so apparent to the public?
