Do you do it daily?
So, what do you do daily?
 I mean, some lifestyle habits are addictive. Some smoke non-stop, some like drinking, some play online games daily! But there are far more interesting and yet some good and some not-so-good habits out there. What do you do daily?

it is for me..
mine is effervescent so its mur like having an orange juice for me.. and here's more, its ok to have it w/ cold water..  on the topic, have a chew w/ my spearmint gum..

I always do meditations kung may oras para ma-cleanse ang katawan ko at I used to eat lots in morning lalo na kapag hindi pa ako late sa school.
