you have s*x 1-2 times a week you are less likely to
get sick.

3) You'll feel happier. You will feel a greater sense
of well-being. Women who have more s*x were
clinically proven to be less depressed than women
who dont have s*x.

4) s*x Makes you look better. s*x releases hormones in you which make your skin and hair softer and shinier and tone your physique.

5) (The best reason) You will live longer. Studies
prove that s*x makes you live longer. Men who
had s*x 1-2 times a week had half the death rate
as those who did not indulge themselves at least
once a month. It also makes you look younger. If
you have s*x 3 times a week you may look up to
10 years younger than you really are.

I presume this is done with a partner. How about if you do it alone by yourself? You know what I mean? Especially among males who usually do it alone by themselves

s*x can also boost general health by stimulating the immune system.A big health benefit of s*x is lower blood pressure and overall stress reduction.Good sexual health may mean better physical health.As the hormone oxytocin surges, endorphins increase, and pain declines.
