Take the refill out and put it in hot water. The ink may expand and start flowing again, if you can get the dried ball in the point moving,Ink stains, so wear old clothes when you are making it. Otherwise your clothes could get ruined.

Yes, I am agree with you. Keeping in hot water any old refills or jammed ink refills is best way to use again and again. It is very much helpful and nice idea you shared with us. When you work with the ink then most noted thing is you wear old clothes because there are chances for getting ruined.
