Healthy-Living Tips
1. Don't use sauce on proteins, except for holidays.
2. Eat salad, but skip the dressing, just add a splash of lemon juice, salt and maybe olive oil. 3. Drink warm water with lemon first thing in the morning and eat yogurt after meals to help digestion. 4. Don't drive a car when you can walk or bike. 5. Eat soup, they can be hearty, vegetables, chicken, pork, beef, noodles - but also healthy because you control what goes in it. 6. Apply black sesame seed paste as a mask on lustrous hair; drink warm water, not iced for a brighter complexion. I am really impressed with the tips that you have shared for health living.The point which I want to add is:
Healthy Meals:-Take time to prepare healthy and nutritious meals can change the way you see and feel. In many cases you do not have to give up the foods you like, just eat less often or choose the healthier varieties. |

Well, Nice tips for good health. Really excellent. this is very important to every every one. Glad for information about health. From today I follow this tips in my daily routine. Because, Health is very important, without this life is meaningless. We can't accomplish things if you are sick.

If you have not got time for anything else in the morning, make time to drink a big glass of water.Learn more about these streams of wellness and healthy living on this site by reading our health tips and take better care of yourself and your family.If you work in an office, get up every 30 minutes and go for a walk. If you have an office with stairs, run up and down the stairs every couple of hours.

1) Enjoy a pint of water first thing in the morning. 2) Grab a few fresh fruits on your way out. 3) Avoid going to junk food shops with your work mates. 4) Exercise on the go. 5) Drink herbal teas. 6) Eat a handful of nuts. 7) Say yes to freshly squeezed juice. 8) Deep breathing. |

Here i am sharing some of my thoughts about healthy living tips and i am sure that all of you will like it.
1) Eating healthy can also help you stay healthy and avoid costly long term illnesses. 2) When we are stressed, our digestion can be compromised, causing problems like colitis and heartburn. Avoid eating while working, driving, arguing, or watching TV 3) Chew your food slowly, savouring every bite. We tend to rush though our meals, forgetting to actually taste the flavours and feel the textures of what is in our mouths. Reconnect with the joy of eating. 4) Ask yourself if you are really hungry. You may really be thirsty, so try drinking a glass of water first. During a meal, stop eating before you feel full. |
