doc, i'm 19yrs old..i start smoking at the age of 16, ngaun nkakaramdam ako nang pnanakit nang likod..meron b connection un?? ilang yrs p kaya itatagal ko? kelan kaya ako dapat huminto? nag p x-ray ako last year pero wala p nmn spots ung lungs ko....
