  iba kasi ang culture ng pinoy....they will only go to see a doctor if they are already too seriously ill & beyond help. Also I think pinoys dont want to spend money or cannot afford to pay the doctor or they they dont have health insurance or they are scared to find out what they have. 

Me, my family, friends,neighbors & everyone I know here , goes to the doctor twice a year for physical check up. I go to the dentist 2 times a year for dental exam . ( every 6 mos.paid by insurance )

During one of the Physical exam of my sister, the doctor found out she has high blood, so he gave her RX drugs to take to control her blood pressurre......it is nice to find out early what kind of illness you have so you can prevent it from getting serious by taking medication.
So it is for your own good if you go to the doctor regularly.

Dont be afraid of Doctors...........they dont bite.......they love their patients

sila na atah nagkasakit dhil sa mga pinagtatanong nyo 

i just wanna know kung ano mga signs and symptoms ng ulcer.
paano mo malalaman kung malala na sya?

ulcer saan? duodenum? stomach?

MANIFESTATIONS:
abdominal pain; burning pain. (gastric ulcer) exacerbated by food. (duodenal ulcer) relieved by food.
bloating or fullness
nausea and vomiting
bleeding - hematemesis (vomiting of blood) and melena (black tarry stool)
weight loss

wala p naman sa bleeding part...
am not even sure kung my ulcer nga ko.
d naman sumasakit tyan ko pero madali akong magutom
feeling ko gutom ako ha i juz don't know kung pain na pala un 

and sa madaling araw nagugutom din feeling ko medyo feverish

and i have experiences also before na nagvovomit me ng green or yellow

pero matgal naman nang hindi.

if u vomit and the color is yellow or green and clearly has not been colored by food may occur because of a blockage in the digestive tract. that symptom will be considered as a medical emergency and it requires immediate medical attention and evaluation...

try to visit a doctor para ma explain nya mabuti before it becomes serious...
