Honey & Mustard Dressing
1 finely chopped garlic clove
1/2 glass dry white wine 2 glasses of olive oil 200 g honey 100 g mustard salt and pepper Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a storage container. Leave to infuse for about 2 hours. Best served on salad with prawns or chicken.
