Leek, Sweet Potato And Pea Puree
50 g leek, washed and sliced
400 g sweet potato, peeled and chopped
300 ml vegetable stock
50 g frozen peas



put the leek and chopped sweet potatoes in a saucepan.
Pour over the vegetable stock and bring to boil.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the peas and continue to cook for five minutes.
Puree in a blender.
