Dell still consider raising the bid 3PAR Price
According to ed hardy clothing reports, Dell said yesterday that was given to assess whether a higher offer, so there is still opportunity to bid with HP 3PAR.
3PAR storage technology company announced late Friday, the board proposed that the HP 30 U.S. dollars per share offer meet the "better offer" condition, and has informed Dell will be three working days after the responsibility to fulfill the relevant agreements, and after termination of Dell signed the agreement, HP will be followed by further negotiations. In ed hardy shoes response, Dell spokesman David Frink Saturday said that according to Dell and 3PAR had reached a preliminary agreement to start next week within three working days, Dell still have the right to provide higher 3PAR takeover offer, and will be considered first. Frink said Dell is evaluating whether it is given a higher offer. He said: "We are evaluating and will make action at the appropriate time, but the premise is to ensure that shareholders and customers to use the premise." Securities Pacific(ed hardy bags) Crest Securities analyst Andy Hargreaves Davis, said: "For Dell, this is no small amount." Enterprise Strategy Group (Enterprise Strategy Group) analyst Mark Peters said: "Compared with the Dell offer, 33.3% higher than HP's offer, it is apparently no longer is based on the true value of 3PAR." |
