HP 3Par official end of M & A contract

According to coach outlet reports, HP and 3Par recently announced they have signed a definitive merger agreement, HP will be 33 dollars per share to buy storage vendor 3Par.

Hewlett-Packard,cheap coach bags and Dell in a bidding war on 3Par, Dell took the lead in the August 16 bid 18 U.S. dollars per share takeover offer 3Par.
