Microsoft is expected to change the botnet proceedings
Coach outlet report,Microsoft's senior lawyer, Richard Boscovich (Richard Boscovich) Wednesday said the U.S. Virginia federal court judge is expected to place an assistant in a few days, the proposed Microsoft v. Waledac case the trial judge convicted in absentia.
This means that the company was Waledac for the deployment of command and control server 276 will be Microsoft's Internet domain name confiscated. Because these servers(coach bags) to thousands of infected computers to send commands to recover the domain name can therefore close the zombie network. Where the Coach factory outlet case is unusual, Microsoft with "unilateral" (ex parte) proceedings initiated litigation. According to this procedure, the court may in the so-called domain owner in the absence of a ruling. Generally speaking, if the domain name registered owner failed to obtain the right to defense, the court has no right to dispose of assets such as domain name ownership. However, Boscovich said that as the domain name registration Waledac who refused to appear in court, and Microsoft succeeded in persuading the court that the public interest to close the domain, so the court to support Microsoft's position. The Assistant District Judge last Friday, said he would recommend the case for trial in U.S. District Court Judge Leonie Brinkema Ma granted ownership of the domain name Microsoft. Boscovich said: "If the district court adopted the recommendations of the assistant magistrate, and we are confident the case will enter the final of the Default Judgement." |
