Yoga expand your vocabulary of movement, and it's always a good thing. Try child posing with a big belly, for example, your stomach humbly retire. The trick, however, improve our transportation habits overnight, so there is no reason to spend more time outside exercising. I think when you know some yoga moves, it is simply fun to do when you wake up, or at any other time when you want to move and breathe a little better.
