Lower Ab Exercise
This is without doubt THE best lower ab exercise. Lie on your back on the floor and keep your hands at your sides. Your palms should be facing down. Keep your legs straight and touching each other. Do not raise your head. Slowly lift both your feet and bring them to a height of only about half an inch or about an inch above the floor. Breathe slowly and hold your feet at the exact same position without moving for about 30 seconds. Make sure that your buttocks, your back, your shoulders and your head are always touching the floor. Slowly let your feet down and repeat the movement and hold for another 30 seconds. Do this about 4 to 5 times and rest.

Another great workout for your lower tummy is the basic crunch performed with your calves resting on the seat of a chair. Bend your knees at a right angle and do the crunch with your hands behind your head. Don't curl your torso but keep it straight instead so that you target the lower stomach muscles effectively. Breathe out during the upward movement and breathe in during the downward movement. Keep your knees touching each other and don't move your legs during the movement. There are many exercises that prepare the abdominals, this muscle group contains many slow twitch muscle cells depends on the purpose of education and training. For example, if one was losing fat on your stomach, you train abs three times a week against time to recover.
