Overview of Miami Beach
Miami Beach's famed 23 blocks of southernmost beaches, commonly known as South Beach, is an eclectic mix of prized real estate. From bohemian cottages, to historic Art Deco residences, to lavish top-of-the-line oceanfront condos, South Beach real estate is sure to please anyone. Dazzling beaches, world-class cuisine, designer boutiques and galleries, and sizzling nightclubs are the perfect mix to create a fabulous lifestyle. Some of the most popular South Beach neighborhoods include Flamingo Park, Espanola Way District, Collins Park, and Flamingo West.

Flamingo Park real estate includes the areas starting at Fifth Street, and extending north towards Lincoln Road. It primarily consists of low-rise buildings styled in Art Deco architecture. The most notable entertainment and leisure draw is Flamingo Park. Flamingo Park is one of the most beloved areas in all of South Beach, known across the city as a place for relaxation and fun alike. The almost 37 acre park was originally built in 1950, but recent expansion and renovation projects have added elements that all can enjoy including a football field, dog park, swimming pool, tennis courts, and children's playground. Real estate near Flamingo Park, including Flamingo Park condos, caters to families as well as singles looking for an active lifestyle.
