* If headaches become common they should be investigated by a doctor.
* Headaches due to tiredness and stress are best helped by rest. * Take herbs that aid relaxation. DIET : Migraine sufferers should try avoiding the avoiding the following, one at a time, and see if cutting down on any of these alleviates the problem : alcohol, cheese, chocolate, cocoa, coffee, cream & oranges. HERBS THAT HELP. Try an infusion of any of the following chamomile, lime flower, lavender flower, valerian & vervain. Gently massage the affected area 5 drops of lavender essential oil diluted with 30ml of olive oil. When you notice a headache beginning. This is a pressure point method where pushes over the midline of the head beginning with the brow and ending at the occiput/cervical junction ( under the bump at the back of the head where it meets the top of the neck). Take a finger and push hard, holding for minute at each point beginning in the midst of the brow. Then move over the top of the head inch at a time until arriving at the last point on the back of the head then relax. You can repeat every hour or so.
