Frosty Eyes & Lips
The icy look is anything but cold when it comes to this makeup.
Pearly shaped gives a soft, inviting effect to the face. Highlight eyes with a touch of silvery loose shadow and dab an iridescent pink on lips. When applying shimmery makeup, use your fingers. It will look much more natural. It seems painted on when you use a brush. is there any good tips that is help full for my dark circles? Any make up which can cover these circles? |
