The Perfect Diet Is A Personal Diet
Nowadays, one of the most important aspects of keeping 'WELL' is to avoid free radicals.
Free radicals are substances that maybe a by product of our cellular metabolism, or we may absorb them from our modern day environment.


In order to keep healthy, we must do something to neutralize them.
There are some antioxidants you can take to help, but which ones?
To reduce the bad effects of free radicals a personalized diet may be the answer.


Not everyone needs the same foods and tools for repairing our cells.
Here are just a few of the potential benefits the ideal diet can provide; increased immunity, increase in cell repair and proliferation, decrease in the production of free radicals, modulate the decline in the production of growth hormone, healthy glowing skin, reduction in wrinkles, and a decrease in the basal body temperature.
