Gloria Macapagal Arroyo mugshot won't be made public according to Pasay Court

The Pasay City Regional Trial Court Branch 112 under Judge Jesus B. Mupas on Monday ruled against releasing former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo's mugshots to the public.
Anyone caught publishing Arroyo's police file photographs may be sued by the Pampanga representative's camp, according to the court.
