To Eat Or Not To Eat Before Training
You should try to eat a meal 1 1/2 hours before you hit the gym, or have a banana before you hit the gym, or have beforehand.
The rule is to eat first if you're hungry or dizzy or lacking in energy. Keep your meals balanced and packed with fresh foods so that you get lots of nutrients. After a strength workout such as weight training or body pump, you should eat protein-heavy meal, and after a cardiovascular workout like running and aerobics, eat low glycaemic carbohydrates such as lentils or chickpeas. ' don't be so insecure to that person you think having a better life than you do, coz sometimes, that one thing you're jealous of, is the only thing she has, and of all the fun simple things you enjoy, who knew, she might have been praying so hard to be in your shoes.' - dkny |
