Eating & Feeling Dizzy
Are you eating a normal meal 3 times a day but then still feel dizzy?


There could be several seasons.
You could have mild hypoglycaemia, meaning your sugar levels are too low, so try regularly eating low GI foods, which keep you fuller for longer.
Alternatively, if your blood pressure is low, you may also feel dizzy when you stand up suddenly after lying or sitting.
Both these causes are short-lived.
If your dizziness is present all the time, it may be an easily treatable problem with your inner ear called labyrinthitis orvertigo, which comes with feeling or being sick.
If this is the case go to see your doctor.
