Sore Muscles
If a bad back or elbow attacks, a hot beanbag may be the cure.
Get a cloth shoe bag and put a couple of handfuls of dried beans on it. An old big sock will do too. Tie the ends tightly and microwave on HIGH temperature for about 1 minute. Let it cool a little bit and apply to the aching parts. ' don't be so insecure to that person you think having a better life than you do, coz sometimes, that one thing you're jealous of, is the only thing she has, and of all the fun simple things you enjoy, who knew, she might have been praying so hard to be in your shoes.' - dkny |
