Corn Meal Mush
1 cup boiling water
1 cup stoneground yellow cornmeal 1 cup cold water 1 tsp salt honey and milk Place boiling water in a saucepan. Mix together the cornmeal and cold water and gradually stir in the cold water. Add salt and cook, stirring, about 20 minutes . Serve with honey and milk. Or cornmeal mush can be served in place of potatoes for dinner.
