During the dry winter months, you might be tempted to apply a layer of lip balm before putting your lipstick.
Experts say, it is not a good idea. The lip balm may interfere with the adherence of the lipstick. Instead of using lip balm on daytime, they recommend on switching moisturizing lipsticks. Save the lip balm for moisturizing your lips before bed.
