Ginger For Cold or Flu
a small piece fresh ginger
300 ml water 1 tbsp honey Drink this at the first sign of a cold or flu. Add the ginger to the water. Bring to the boil. Simmer till it has reduced by half. Stir in the honey, simmer till it is dissolve. And then drink it as hot as possible just before you go to bed. You should sweat the bugs out overnight. ' don't be so insecure to that person you think having a better life than you do, coz sometimes, that one thing you're jealous of, is the only thing she has, and of all the fun simple things you enjoy, who knew, she might have been praying so hard to be in your shoes.' - dkny |
