Garlic Croutons

2 thick slices wholemeal bread, not too fresh
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed





Add the crushed garlic to the oil.
Leave for at least an hour.
Then cut and discard the bread-crust, cut the slices into cubes.
Strain the olive oil into a baking dish.
Turn the cubes into it and turn them around in the garlicky oil.
Bake in hot oven till they are crispy brown about 20 minutes.
