Diet + Patience = Success
If your problem is that you're a sugar abuser, be patient with yourself.
The reliance upon both sugar and salt is nothing but a habit.
Some habits are more stubborn than others.
If you have not yet converted your eating habits don't take a sudden plunge.
You don't have to cancel all your favorites indulgences.
Introduce only gradual changes that are painless.

The first sensible step is to serve yourself a smaller portion on your food.
Decalorize your intake like swapping honey for sugar, nonfat yoghurt for sour cream and broiler or wok for skillets.
Create your own rule of baking instead of frying.
Get plenty of water intake to substitute your soft drink addiction.
Top your glass of water with a lemon for the after intake taste.
Take tea instead of coffee.
Never cheat yourself while on a diet.
What you lost in 3 weeks can be regained once you fall in temptation.
Kicking your habits can be a long process but it doesn't have to be unpleasant.
Always remember that you are putting yourself in a far better way of living by what you are doing.

' don't be so insecure to that person you think having a better life than you do, coz sometimes, that one thing you're jealous of, is the only thing she has, and of all the fun simple things you enjoy, who knew, she might have been praying so hard to be in your shoes.' - dkny
