Eating Habits To Better
It is as hard as you can imagine.
And yes, this is the hardest thing to keep up in a healthy diet.

Begin with the minor changes.
Look over what you eat and decide what to change.
For example, put less sugar, less cheese, less oil means less eating frying foods and less fat.

Never let your self fall into temptations of eating no-no snacks.
Remember less butter, more fruits, more veggies and less meat.
