Read The Labels For Better Health
Put attention particularly to calories, salt and fats.
It is better to know what you are taking in. Some of us shoppers never do this at all. Those that already have this habit, it is wise enough to carry on being like this. For furthermore better health, cut back on processed foods. ' don't be so insecure to that person you think having a better life than you do, coz sometimes, that one thing you're jealous of, is the only thing she has, and of all the fun simple things you enjoy, who knew, she might have been praying so hard to be in your shoes.' - dkny |
