Diet Plan to Drop A Size
• Pilates, yoga, and meditation. De-stress your social life.

• A walk or a run on a park.

• B- complex to support your nervous system to manage stress.

• Note your stress days and times and minimize them.

• Eat every three to four hours.

• Gradually cut down one cup a day from tea, coffee and soda.

• Chew slowly as this releases vitamins and minerals in the food.
