Sexy For A Bikini - Workout
This targets the whole area where women worry too much when on a bikini.


• Start with a standing squat.

• Do a side reaching lunge.

• Finish by putting the leg you lunged behind you into s curtsy.

• Do 2 or 3 sets of 12.

• Two to three times a week.

• Be ready for a plumpier butt.
