Workout Powered Up
• Do lunge with a bicep curl.

• Combine a thread mill with leg weights.

• Leg kicks, power yoga and a restorative stretch on weekends.

• 30 minute daily light trainings.

• 30 minute relaxation and deep breath ins and outs.
