Easy Workouts For A Busy You
Plank :

This is a great way to get an all over abdominal workout.



Lunge :

This is perfect for toning your thighs and bottom.



Squats :

This works on thighs and bottom.



• It is not necessary to exercise for hours every week.
• Fill tiny chunks of time, from 2 to 10 minutes with moves you learned from your previous gym or watch on a health TV channel.
• Do what you can when you can.
• All exercises are beneficial for figure and of course health.
