Graham Cracker Crust
1 1/8 cups crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup brown sugar 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Mix together crackers, cugar and butter by hand. Divide mixture into 4 inch pie pans or one 9 inch pan, and shape crust pressing with thumbs. Chill for 15 minutes. Bake for 10 minutes, let cool.
