Crust Tips 1
• To prevent crust from shrinking during baking, let the dough rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes after rolling. This allows the glutens to relax and settle into their new shape.
• For a glossy crust, beat one egg with 1 tbsp of cream and brush onto the raw crust before baking in the oven. |
