Nut Ice Cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups soy milk 1/4 cup oil 1/2 cup honey 1 cup almonds 1 cup pecans 1/2 cup sunflower seeds kernels 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1/4 cup flax seeds In an electric blender pour all ingredients together. Blend until smooth. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.
