Diet Advice
If you think you are in need of taking off few pounds, then you might cut should be milk, cheese and butter.
These can be high in fat. You will be denying from yourself few of your fave food and you will be removing some calcium sources in your diet. Calcium is vital for healthy bones and teeth. And in a recent study, it has been shown that it can play a great role in weight regulation. As well as the metabolism of fat too. Rather than reducing you weight, you are cutting down on calcium rich dairy produce that actually detrimentals your weight loss plan. So remember that a calcium rich diet taken regularly is a part of a healthy lifestyle. Instead of cutting calcium, cut fat and carbohydrates in some healthy ways. ' don't be so insecure to that person you think having a better life than you do, coz sometimes, that one thing you're jealous of, is the only thing she has, and of all the fun simple things you enjoy, who knew, she might have been praying so hard to be in your shoes.' - dkny |

RE: Diet Advice
i'm trying the no rice diet but it's so difficult! sometimes instead of rice, i end up going to the sandwich guy and getting myself crabstick and mango sandwich. somehow i feel like eating sandwiches are okay (and even healthy) for my diet.
