About Fats
Proteins, carbohydrates and fats are the three components of food that provide calories.
Fats provide 9 calories per gram.
Proteins and carbohydrates provide 4 calories per gram.
Practically in fat, it works out to approximately 120 calories per tablespoon.
Not only fat is much higher in in calories it is also metabolized differently.
Dietary fats goes to body stores in an extremely quick and easy fashion.
fats literally makes a person fatter more faster than carbohydrates and proteins do.
It is important to remember that fats has a lot of calories and goes directly to fat stores.
This includes animal fats and the butter fats in butter and other dairy products.
Margarines, low fat spreads and poly and mono unsaturated oils.

A low fat lifestyle is a pain way to lose weight.
You can enjoy delicious foods while maintaining weight loss.
People with medical problems like high cholesterols, gall bladder problems, cardiac problems and so on, this is a necessity.
