Banana Ice Cream

1 ripe banana mashed
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup milk
2/3 cup honey
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup heavy cream, whipped




Beat the milk into the eggs.
Add the honey and mix well.
Stir in the vanilla.
Fold in the cream and then the banana.
Turn into an ice cubes tray and freeze until solid about one inch from the edges.
Turn into a mixer bowl and beat until smooth.
Return to the tray and freeze again.
