Smoke In The Midnight Eyes

A brow touching block of color is just a WOW.

• Using a liquid pencil, draw around your lash line.
• Flick it up at the outer side.
• Take a baby blue shade to draw a chunky layer around the black.
• Buff in a darker shade of blue shade for a smoky effect.
• Make a V on the outer part, then blend using your finger.
• Apply at least 2 layers of mascara in dark black for an extra definition.
