Ice Cream of Honey
1/2 cup non fat dry milk solids
2 cups milk
2 cups heavy cream
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp arrowroot



In a saucepan, place the milk, eggs, gelatin, arrowroot and honey.
Bring to boil, stir until mixture thickens.
Cool mixture.
Stir in the cream, vanilla and milk solids, mix well.
Pour into 2 freezer trays and freeze about one and half hours until mixture is frozen at least one inch from the edges.
Transfer mixture to a mixer bowl and beat until smooth.
Return to freezer trays and freeze again.
