No one ever said that a totally fat free diet is easy to achieve and it is dangerous as well.
A very small or insufficient amount of essential fatty acids which are needed to maintain health and the fat soluble vitamins A, D and E.
These are found in fatty substances, and are vital to our well being.


Food is pleasurable above all, and calculating fat grams in everything you eat, and trying to keep a running daily sum is depressing.
It is a pleasure killer and is clearly a useless activity.


Cutting out added fats, fatty meats and poultry, whole milk products and high fat processed products will automatically bring your daily fat intake into the recommended range, so there will be no need to juggle charts and figures.


One another important reason for cutting out fatty ingredients is that the more you eat, the more you crave for it.
The less fat you eat, the less you want it.
